Two months of hard work.
Starting out here in Italy has definitely been a challenge, especially without speaking the language fluently. But for me, that's no reason not to do what I love. I believe you learn by doing. I’ve never really let anything stop me from pursuing what I want.
When I visited Tremoli last year, I was immediately impressed by the surroundings and the location. I knew right away what I wanted, and the decision was quickly made. I told my closest friends, and they knew this is where my heart truly lies. I spent a week here in October, and on December 3rd, I took the leap into my future—after saying goodbye (though sadly not to everyone). Everyone is close to my heart, and they know it.
With lots of motivation, I started working on transforming and adapting the place to match my vision—which turned out to be quite the undertaking. First, the inside was finished, and then came the exterior (which was actually the only part I had originally planned to change). But if you know me, you know I want to welcome my guests in a way that reflects my ideals.
All in all, things are now the way I want them, and as of March 1st, we are officially open. Of course, there are still plenty of little tasks to be done, but I can’t do everything at once.
I’ve registered with Booking.com and am also bookable through my own website. From age 18 and up, you're warmly welcome in beautiful Papasidero, Southern Italy.
